Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the maintenance department activities to enhance efficiency and reduce delays.
  • Lead, train, and support personnel, ensuring adherence to proper procedures and methods.
  • Oversee the safe and operable condition of maintenance equipment and work areas.
  • Ensure accurate completion of work records by responsible mechanics.
  • Facilitate communication between maintenance teams and the Inspection Department.
  • Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining overall responsibility for performance.
  • Engage in safety risk management and uphold the Safety Management System (SMS) protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, consistent with the department’s objectives.

 
Requirements
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification.
  • Minimum one year of experience on turbine-powered aircraft with an MGTOW of 12,500 lbs.
  • Proficient in aircraft maintenance processes and skilled in using technical manuals.
  • Recent Run Taxi/Qualified experience, including AMA if applicable.
  • Skilled in the use of calibrated test equipment.
  • Maintains good company standing.
  • Completion of Indoctrination and Familiarization training.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Airworthiness Release Qualified (within 90 days).
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Passport or equivalent within 90 days.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
